^^my purses fit, too!^^
Ahhhhhh, I made it through my crazy busy days and thought I was back to a normal day but I just woke up to an email from someone asking to add 3 dozen to their order for tomorrow. I should have said no, but I didn't, so here we go! I should bake, decorate, and package the cookies across three days, so doing it all in one day is kind of nuts.
QOTD: Have you ever been arrested? Nope, not me.
B: sous vide egg bites
L: chicken breast
D: chicken tacos (inside)

Good morning and happy Wednesday everyone! The end of the work week is just beginning to peak over the horizon!
I woke up early, even for me, 223 -- that's time, not weight Greateight and White Dove, but haven't been as ambitious as usual. I am up and dressed and all that but still drinking coffee and just thinking about my work out.
My dentist appts were good yesterday, my teeth are shifting nicely and it seems like I should be able to stay on the 20 tray plan so that's exciting. Also exciting is that I will only need to do the sandpaper floss "as needed" rather than as a scheduled part of my regular checks, so yay.
Today is the day of all the things plus work; if all the things are done at a reasonable time, I'd like to run to target to get some different wrapping paper but outside of that, I don't need to leave the house.
I will get in a rowing session this morning and probably a pilates session on my new equipment this evening so that will be exercise for the day.
QOTD - nope, I have not. I found the FBLA visit to the local jail to be very effective in a scared straight kind of way, lol.
menu today
coffee plus half and half, maybe 3
egg and English muffin
gouda and triscuits
left over chicken breast and naan
Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!!

I'm so happy for your ortho success so far! I had a lot of sandpaper filing on my lower front teeth which make me worry about my enamel so I'm glad yours will be only as needed. Can't wait to hear about your shiny new reformer!!

As part of the alignment process they take little strips of actual sandpaper and floss between your teeth to make room for the shifting. Who knew, right? I made them show me because I couldn't believe it was sandpaper

I guess I should have read through the thread before asking about the sandpaper floss!
