I have been to Dr. Google more than a few times. Usually, the RL Doc has a way better diagnoses and treatment. Take your new knowledge with a grain of salt and pray for the best.

Good Morning! JB- I hope you get all the needs accomplished today that you need to. It'll be a chaotic payday. Good news was that I didn't work over the weekend but the bad news is I didn't work over the weekend. I had hoped to get a few reports late Friday that we need for today and that didn't happen. Means today will be a little less smooth. I did have a lazy weekend and didn't even leave the house. I thought that if it wasn't necessary better for me to stay away from germs as much as possible with upcoming surgery. It also rained most of the weekend so good weekend to stay in.
QOTD: Too many! I have all three you have, discovery plus and I feel like I'm missing more! Realistically, I usually use discovery plus-duh. Oh we did watch the Casey Anthony docuseries on pea**** over the weekend.

Mornin' All!
this is going to be a really tough food week - so many food events. There are a lot all the way until Christmas, but this will be the worst week. I'm just going to have to try not to overeat on the days I have something, and eat very lightly on the days I DON'T have something. I did great this past Saturday at an event - I ended up the day with 1600 kcal, which is my maintenance level. So no damage done. I was actually proud of myself given all the food at the event; it could have been a disaster. Yesterday was more of a challenge - ended up with 1900/kcal - but we did take a long walk - and I'll just eat less than usual today to try to make up for it. On the rest of the tough days coming up this week, I'm going to try to keep it at my maintenance level. If I can do that and then eat around 1300-1400 kcal tops on the other days, I should end this week unscathed.
my schedule is totally open today, so I'm going to try to finish my online global health class and go to Aqua Zumba at 1:00.
QOTD: none. We used to have Netflix, but we dropped it a few years ago because we rarely used it. I do have my sister's login because I do watch a film from there maybe once a month, but I'll have to get a subscription again if they crack down on that. It's not all that expensive, so that's fine. Otherwise, our public library subscribes to Kanopy, and the university in Milwaukee (I'm a senior auditor there - as well as a senior auditor at the university in Madison) subscribes to some other streaming service, which I can access since I'm a student there. So I really don't need another service.

The people in the senior citizen community where I am now living are very computer savvy. They do not spend money on cable. They showed me how to use Amazon Fire instead of subscribing to cable. All I have now is Netflix and that is because I watch a lot on my Kindle Fire or laptop. Everything else I get from the Firestick and from an over the air antenna that is a little box sitting behind the TV. I was amazed at what I get with the Firestick.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
I am in the same boat as you are today. It has already started out with me locking myself out of the house and trying to find a ladder. Ron has hidden the key is at the highest point in the garage. Great if I had my 6'5" husband there but not for this 5'4" person and we moved all of our coolers to the attic, and I had nothing to stand on. I had to unstrap a ladder from the wall. It was a royal mess, and I am now angry.
Also church as banned us from bringing coffee in the Sanctuary because of new renovations. I am thinking it is time to change churches. Ron doesn't feel the same. We will see at the beginning of the year, but I am not having it for sure.
QOTD: I have Xfinity and get Netflix off my SIL and I get free Pea**** My bill with Wifi and Phone runs around $210 a month.
OK, I wish I could finish but I got more going on.
Have a great week everyone.
Brightest Blessings,
Chrissy
