Good morning and happy almost Friday. Yesterday was a good day. My pathology report came back from my colonoscopy and the 4 polyps that were removed are benign. I still have to go back in 3 years. I'm okay with that. I'm grateful for health insurance and the ability to do that.
QOTD- I was named after both of my Grandmothers. My paternal grandmother was Rosalie and my maternal was Marie. I was given the name Rose Marie, but I go by Rosie. I love my name. I feel like I always have a piece of my grandma with me. My grandma Rosalie believed in me before I was strong enough to believe in myself.
it was supposed to snow last night, but that didn't happen so I'm headed into work. My work is closed if schools are closed, which is nice. I'm having a massage this afternoon and I'm so looking forward to it.
Food plan for today-
cold brew with protein shake
Roasted chicken on low carb tortilla with sf bbq sauce and veggies
not sure on dinner, probably more chicken. I'm obsessed with roasting a whole chicken in the air fryer. They always turn out so good.

I love the name Rose! My great grandma's name was Bertha Rosela...I never got the Bertha before the Rosela!
