Nice! They sell a mix of Celebrate vitamins and ones branded by the clinic. The only things I'm currently taking that are off brand are the biotin and vitamin K, which are by Pure Encapsulations. The K was approved by the dietician.
Given the feedback from folks, I had intended to start switching some things a bit more down the line but I want to make sure everything is under control with my labs, too. I've seen Bariatric Advantage in your posts but hadn't taken a look yet. Will do that now, thanks!

I also use Bariatric Advantage and so far all labs look good.

No need to look I compared the celebrate and the Bariatric advantage at the conference looking for something more cost effective and they are pretty much the same. I still get bariatric advantage cheaper because I set up auto fill and it comes once every three months. They also give you points and after 4 years I think I had a $100 credit I used on my last supply.

Thanks for the comparison! The savings are important, too. I'm currently taking 4 ADEK per day now which is I think twice twice recommended dose. And I'm taking 9 calcium pills per day. All savings are welcome!

You had SADI. Yu need dry Vit A.
I take 25,000 Dry A daily, even though I had RNY, but because I have issues with my gut. The 25K A is just about right for me. If your K is low, your K2 can very low. I take mega dosages of K2, based on Japanese studies for K2 and bone density. My bone density is very good even though I don't take a lot of calcium. K2+magnesium plus other minerals may be more more critical than calcium to maintain good bone density.

As always, thanks for sharing your knowledge. My A is a dry one. But it's 7,500. I asked the clinic if I should double up...and they said no. So that's fun.
I hadn't heard about the relationship between K2 and bone density. Part of the reason I've been dismissing the information my scale gives me for its body composition results is that it says I have less than five pounds of bone, which would mean I'm made of Swiss cheese. My K improved from 55 to 61 in the month and a half between testing but the optimal range is 130-1,500, so...yeah. maybe I am hollow inside. I am taking a dry dual-K supplement that I got approved but it's also not a mega dose. Things to think about and talk to the clinic folks about again. Appreciate the article!

I hate docs that look at what you take and start judging. I used to have a doc that would judge first, then look at my results and approved that what I did was working for me, or not working and i need to increase.
Low A - chronically low can lead to a permanent changes in visons. I take 25K dry A (biotech on amazon) and tell my docs I take enough to make sure my lab work is good, but not too high. Same with Vit D and K2.
You are taking 7,500 and you get low A. Why would they approve more A? ridiculous if you ask me.
I give myself B12 shots once a week. 1000ml My old doc (he retired) told me I don't need as much, once a month 1000 is more than enough Then he looked at my blood work and announced I have markers for low B12. He just looked at me and prescribed weekly B12 shots, telling me that he doesn't know what is my body doing with the B12, but that apparently I need weekly shots. My need doc acknowledged I need B12, but she felt safe to prescribe only 2 doses per month, but that I can use B12 from my "other sources". She was OK with that.... LOL>
The Japanese studies reported using 45mg (typical K2 dose is 100mcg) of Mk-4 K2 and got great results. I use 15mg k2 MK-4 daily 2-3 weeks a month (the other week(s) I can't manage to swallow anymore caps/pills so I don't.) I take 10-20K D3 daily. My goal is to have tested D in a mid range (50-70). When I forget to take K1 I deal with one of 2 things - hemorrhoids or/and nose bleeds. That reminds me why I need to take K1. I probably should increase the K1 but at my age, 62, they put people on blood thinners. So..... BTW: when I bruise - I really bruise. Never a dull moment.

Wow, I'm glad you stand up for yourself with your doctors and get what your body needs. Those sound like some horrible reminders to be taking K vitamins, wow. And you're right...it's so many pills and capsules.
I'm probably just too new with it and still trying to follow guidance with the attitude that they know what they're doing. Go figure. Vitamins aren't prescription though, so I'm going to add in extra A a few times a week starting this weekend, especially since they don't want me eating enough fat to absorb it.
Looks like my K vitamin is a pretty good dose. It's expensive but was a bit hard to find one that had all things K. And thanks for sharing info again on the A supplement you take. I really want to get my levels in range. Screen shot of the stats on it. I do still bruise but not as much as it sounds like you do. Looks like a constant battle!
