hi all

scale back down 1.5 pounds so that helped me not freak out as much today. more water, more walking

today we are going to take our trash to the place in the late afternoon. we can't for good reason use a trash service due to wildlife so we take it once a week to the landfill. i might also lobby for Mexican food after.

QOTD: we bought the shark AI robot. it was way on sale at kohls, we named her clean latifa. she got hooked up yesterday and has already made 2 trips once last night and once this morning. the dogs were not having it last night and kept barking- today they didn't care.

I also got a new recliner for DH. he needed it. should come next week. I also bought some perfumes. oops

food today:

egg whites/cheese/low carb wrap

almond milk/coffee

iced almond milk/coffee

last of turkey pot pie

dinner TBD

Clean Latifa is hilarious!

Oh hey, feel you on the trash service. I have two trash cans that are roped to a horizontal log in the fence at the end of my driveway because of the wildlife. Haven't seen any bears here, though I've had two people warn me about them and wild boar.

Hopefully taking things to the landfill isn't too much of a burden. I wait to take out food waste until pickup day but couldn't imagine having to keep stuff inside for a week! Good luck on the Mexican food, too!

We named ours Fatima.
Sometimes my husband texts me asking me to "Free Fatima" because she is stuck somewhere and for some reason she sends her sos messages only to my husband. I tell him if you guys have such an intimate relationship why don't you come home and free her? He says Fatima knows he cares more about her than I do.

I truly laughed outloud at this.

My roomba seems to have trouble self-emptying the dust bin. I have to clean it between it going out, what's the point in the dust retrieval bin when it never empties into it. So dumb. It usually only gets stuck under the bed because of the dog toys or if my DD blocks it with her guitar case.

I love the nicknames. Maybe I need one for my robot vacuum. It will be hard to come up with something better then Clean Latifa.

My Eufy is named Goofy. My cat was terrified of it and I always tell her not to be afraid of that Goofy thing. She is not afraid anymore, but does make sure she is sitting up on the furniture and not on the floor when it is running. I am amazed at the amount of cat hair it picks up every day. If I replace it, I would get the Shark Al.
