I'd pay good money to have chips that were all folded during the fry. The best chips in the bag! Not crazy whatsoever!

Good morning! It's bright and beautiful here today. Today's agenda includes more wineries and more restaurants. It's a hard life down here.
Yesterday I started my day with 45 minutes of yoga and then tried to make good food picks. Was hard to do at the tasting restaurant last night, but I limited myself to just two bites or so of each course. Just SO good. I've completed another yoga session this morning and will try to make good food choices again today. I've just been observing at all the wineries in the daytime, not indulging, but I definitely have enjoyed my wine in the evening.
One more night here, then it's back to the grind for me.
QoTD. Right now I am concentrating on being in the moment and enjoying my son and company.

Good Morning Sunday Menuers
yesterday DS and I went to the new Knives Out: Glass Onion movie. I thought it was really good. You definitely don't need to have seen the first movie to enjoy the second. Otherwise, I did my yoga class, enjoyed a free day on the diet, and a few chores around the house. Today not a whole lot planned. Pilates this morning, meal prep for the week and maybe axe throwing.
QOTD: nothing really. My bday is next Sunday so I will need to plan some activity with the family.
B: triple zero Greek yogurt with keto granola, berries, cold brew coffee with half n half
L: summer salad with chicken light poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: Asian chicken salad with sesame ginger dressing
S: protein frosty, 4 squares sf chocolate
E: 60 min inferno pilates.
