my sister's holiday potatoes are equally decadent and also only made for Thanksgiving and Easter, no other time.

If you ask her, she would say "love" is the secret ingredient but I know it's cream cheese.
For every 2 large potatoes, mix in a packet of cream cheese, plus butter and half&half or cream to your desired consistency...but the key is the 2 to 1 potato to cream cheese ratio. It's the magic. They also make delicious next day potato pancakes.
When I told my RD the recipe she pointed out I should probably log it as dairy given the mix, lol.

Grim's favorite line from Big Bang was when someone asks Sheldon's TX mom if her secret ingredient is love and she replies back--"no, it's lard."

Good morning Menuers,
I have been very fatigued the last 2 days. I can't decide if I am dehydrated from all the sweating from the hot yoga sessions or just from too many early mornings. I was going to do a split workout yesterday but decided to do only one class. I have been very diligent about my fluid intake. I also went to bed earlier than usual last night. I feel a little less tired this morning. I will try to get to bed early again tonight since I can't seem to help but wake up around 5 am. Today I will get in my last needed 30 classes in 30 days with one day to spare! Yay! I will have achieved a month of free yoga.
Yesterday were just chores around the house. Unfortunately, our dryer stopped heating at the end of last week and the repair company can't come until 11/28 due to the holiday. I am trying to keep up with small batches of clothes since I have to hang them to dry. I don't have a clothesline so clothes are draped over furniture all over the house to dry.
QOTD: Bread stuffing is my very favorite dish.
Accountability: excellent
B: triple zero greek yogurt with keto granola, berries, cold brew with half n half
L: Summer salad with chicken, light poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: Asian chicken salad with sesame ginger dressing
S: 4 squares sf chocolate, protein frosty
E: 60 min hot yoga
Have a great day.

Hope you feel better soon! Sometimes the best thing you can do is listen to your body. Maybe you're fighting something off. Good luck on getting getting dryer fixed!
