What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Publix used to carry one of my favorites (they may still); everroast chicken breast from the deli counter, shaved...it's delicious, easy to measure out, microwave, etc, It's still a staple of my diet.

Everroast IS SO delicious - I need to add that back into the rotation, it's been a long time!

My oldest son was reminiscing about Publix Subs yesterday.

Smart guy. :) Especially loved their hot subs 15+ years ago. Thought about getting one but bread is a bad choice and just not worth it when you just eat the innards. Turns out, you can now turn any sub into a salad, or spinach salad. Doesn't seem quite the same, somehow!

Good morning ~ Good luck at TJ's - smart to go early! I'm still sick and negative for covid. Not going in and make others cringe at my cough, but I feel better today. I'll go in tomorrow for a bit so I can enjoy the long weekend without stress. Yesterday I watched TV - Gangs of London, holy crap - does not disappoint if you can stand the very graphic violence. I napped, went to bed early on the Nyquil and slept like a baby, barely remember coughing all night. Today will be much of the same. I'm feeling soup and crackers today.
Good news: I was waitlisted for my winter class and was able to register yesterday - yay! Also my 'precious' Vault is now on closeout black Friday sale for half price and I've been stewing... I finally called NordicTrack yesterday and they price matched me without a fuss - took 2 minutes - double yay!
QOTD - Stuffing - always #1, and my 2nd is definitely fresh green bean casserole! Hater gonna hate, right Jim?
Yesterday: I had a plan - I always do, but it went to dust
b- coffee, eggs w/green chilis and green sauce
l- sourdough toast
d- baked potato

That is awesome they price matched you for the Vault. I hate it when you purchase something expensive then it goes on sale!

YAY!!! I was looking at those after looking up the spine corrector yesterday. I used to love mat Pilates but have never used a reformer. Thinking of taking a class at a studio to check it out. I need a bigger house for all the equipment I want.
