Oikos triple zero is a go to for me. You should enjoy it and it is on most bariatric Menus.

Thanks! I had it for second breakfast today. Was about what I expected, which is super sweet. :) They got the Costco sized pack, so it's definitely what's for breakfast this week!

I just don't get the hate some give subtitles! I'd much rather read than not hear the emotions of the actors!

My mom is one who hate subtitles. I actually watch most movies with them since sometimes the music is louder than the dialogue!

I also watch everything with subtitles; I started since I watch a lot of British TV and then found it easier and then being happy with subtitles opened up a whole new set of options.

When I was working in Latin America and learning Spanish that was also one of their recommendations, watch Spanish language TV with English subtitles on. Sometimes now I will switch to Spanish subtitles to test myself, lol. I usually fail though. It amazes me that Sheila learned so many languages at translation level as an adult, that is a real talent plus hard work.

I sometimes turn the subtitles on when I'm watching a movie - even if it's in American English! Some people mumble a lot - or maybe it's my hearing! At any rate, I love having that option!!!

Good morning, everybody!

What kind of cottage cheese do people eat? We had been buying Dean's for years, but they went bankrupt. (no thanks to me supporting the cottage cheese/EBB trade). We haven't been able to find a replacement that we like. In general, I like larger curds and not soupy.

Friday afternoon I got a Bloody Mary mix on the plane and it was a game changer. I never know what to drink on the plane. A thimbleful of water isn't going to do it. I usually order Diet Coke which I hate. Sometimes I order airplane coffee which everybody hates. And I won't order wine if I have to drive when I land.

But the Mr's T's Bloody Mary Mix was wonderful. Flavorful and refreshing. It's not zero calorie, but its pretty low in sugar which is more important to me for dumping and blood sugar. Plus, its not the kind of thing where I am going to pound four of them at a sitting.

This weekend was awesomely restful. Stayed in and basked in my Bloody Mary Mix glow on Friday. Marilyn made lasagna. Crossfit on Saturday morning. We went out to Pour House to watch football on Saturday Night. They had a beer called Scarlett Fire, abbreviated from Scarlett Begonias and Fire On The Mountain, so of course I had to order that (three times). Sunday I lifted outside (BRRR), watched Football, picked my son up from the airport and went to Costco.

The rest of the family comes in today. Yay!!

Photo Monday DD channeling Taylor Swift:

Apparently, it didn't help her get tickets. But one of her friends had an extra and let her buy it.

QOTD: I haven't been to the movies in ages. We were actually talking about that Saturday Night. We will probably go over Christmas Break.

Breakfast: Egg Sandwich

Lunch: Roast Beef

Dinner: Cod

Have a great day, all!
