That's a good one. A couple of years ago I did a loose tea advent calendar and found some yummy tea treats. Now most of my tea comes from august uncommon when they have sales

I am laughing at your packing comment. When I fly, my record is three weeks with a carryon and a small electronics backpack. I am driving so for one week I have two suitcases a giant bag of miscellaneous stuff, my small electronics backpack plus the work backpack. It's stupid

Oh and I forgot since it's winter and it's cold, I also have a random selection of cold weather gear and boots in the back seat. I won't freeze no matter what

I did yoga for years and then went on a month-long yoga retreat to India three years ago. I got pretty burnt out on yoga after that trip and didn't do any for a long time. I've tried it again a few times in the last few months, but I've probably experienced some of the same things you are - dizziness, nausea - I think it's likely related to inversions. Maybe try Yin or Restorative yoga? They don't have as many inversion poses (if any), and there's no quickly moving from upright to floor and back again. If they DO do some inversions, just don't do those (and it's easier (for me anyway) to skip those positions when I'm doing a youtube video and no one knows I'm skipping them!!)
Hatha yoga has no inversions

Thank you! Videos are definitely my speed right now both because I don't know what I like enough to commit to a brick and mortar place and since, yep, no on can see crappy form and skipping where needed. Oh, and because the teaching style and attitude matter more to my engagement than I'd like to admit. Appreciate the suggestions! And I bet your India trip was an event to remember!

I have always thought a pet seahorse would be fun to have. My father who grew up in Ireland believed that there were actual horses that lived underwater. If you could catch one and make it into a racehorse, you could become very wealthy, because the water horses ran faster than any horse on land.
