Good morning ~ I hope you have a great class tonight! Yesterday was a blur at work, very productive. I love being busy it makes the day fly plus I enjoy what I do - job satisfaction for the win. I had my WLCenter appt yesterday. Very interesting, lots of info but basically I need bloodwork, EDG, Endoscopy and therapy - all pending. She said I was a candidate for revision which she doesn't like and referred to as drastically 'life altering' in a negative way, but I'm not even close to being there. Depending on the results from my tests there is a modified revision that I would be open to if needed. I am really concerned about my esophagus/throat clearing - could be hernia, gerd or even wine acid irritation (I had this issue pre surgery/no wine). All in all - very good appt and I liked her. Today I have a packed calendar, leaving early for a gyno/mamo appt. I am missing the big holiday potluck and that is okay with me!
QOTD - I was just looking at this site that showed cover up tattoos for women with various scars and stretch marks. They were delicate and whimsical floral patterns - just beautiful! I would not mind my back looking like that. I always thought if I ever got a tattoo it would be a tiny shamrock, 4 leaf clover or Celtic heart until I saw this.
Yesterday:
b - coffee x 2, eggs with salsa
l - chicken with salad - only half
d- chicken, cheese and taco toppings in a bowl
s - carrots
e - didn't happen
Have a great day!

Glad your appointment went well! I am starting to lean towards thinking that my terrible recurring GERD might be a hernia this time, but my student insurance suckkkkkkks and it will cost me a fortune to find out, so I am just popping the Omeprazole twice a day until I get a real job again, lol.
Have you ever seen the tattoo that women get after breast cancer? I guess its becoming a trend to just get beautiful tattoos after the mastectomy rather than plastic surgery to replace the breasts. I think they are stunning.

It's called Personal Ink (p.ink) and they offer tattoos to women after breast cancer. There web site is amazing. I thought about getting one to cover the scar, but since then had breast reduction surgery so it actually looks worse. Not something that I would recommend but at least they are the same cup size now.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,
Naw, I have not chaffeled yet. Been trying to rid the fridge of leftovers and I been baking cheesecakes for the holidays. I remember doing something with throwing in cheese then putting pickles and more cheese in and chaffling that. I guess I need to go back to some old saved TikTok's and figure what ones I am interested in doing.
Today here at work they are having Friendsgiving. I am going to try to avoid the bad stuff. I have actually been trying to lose weight since July, but I have had no luck. This is very scary heading into this holiday season. I have no wiggle room and I need to be very diligent of what I decide to put in my mouth. I wish I could get serious about exercise again but I just ain't feeling it. At church last week the sermon was about how jealousy is a sin and God made us all to have our own unique qualities and we shouldn't measure ourselves against others accomplishment but be happy with what we got. So why can't I be jealous of the skinny girl that can eat anything and not gain a pound? I am struggling with this one.
QOTD: Foghorn Leg Horn. LOL My dad loved him. Or a bunch of M&M's to scale like my Pj's. But not Tattooed and have no intentions. There is a woman here in her 40's that is working on a full back Tatoo. It looks like Geometric shapes to me. Not something I would ever do.
