I wish I had your energy and attitude!! 15 meetings in 9.5 hours and you may take a rest day? Girl that would have me resting for a week!

I am not happy about all the meetings, lol, so I boxed before the first one. Because I had work travel and then I'm off next Wednesday apparently everything ended up on today. But it will be over in 8.5 hours, lol

Mentally and physically I feel better when I work out. They are not always super long workouts; the one today was 19 minutes of boxing and 5 minutes of squats. it took a long time until I found the mix of activities that I could play with to get something in almost every day.
(also, I kind of laugh/hate that I am one of "those" people now, but I am)

Oh man there are a lot of things I miss about working but 15 meetings in 9.5 hours is not one of them! Hang in there!

I grew up before tattoos became popular and it was the mid-90's before it really came to my small town. I have never had one and if I were to do a full back, it would definitely be a very beautiful rose. In 1989 I found out my son had taken his Christmas money and got a tattoo. He was 17 and I was so upset. His dad told me that I just needed to accept that it was something he liked. His tattoo was a rose on his left upper arm and said "Live to Love".
One day after he went back to school following the Christmas holidays, one of his teachers called me and asked if I knew about the tattoo. I said that I did know. She asked me how I was taking the shock of him doing that. I said that his dad told him if he was going to live to love then he better be sure he used protection.
