Showing up - I totally agree. I was worried that if I got to far ahead of my ability I would get turned off by the effort or hurt myself.

Your devotion to exercise is awesome. I now am a 4 time a weeker. I'd love to get back to no days off, but I am not inspired.
Someday. I'll keep plugging away, I guess. Until I get the snacking under control the exercise wound amount to a hill of beans anyway.
