My weight was 5 pounds lighter than it was Thursday. I've decided my scale is possessed...Either that or faulty LOL

Good luck on the yoga!

if you've been "good" calorie-wise and working out, then it's most likely water or excess "material" in your intestines. Give it a couple of days - if it's gone by then, then yes, it was probably one of those...

So sorry to hear about your temperamental scale. Good for you on not giving up, though. The weight fluctuations are super demotivating and our bodies seem to be hell-bent on hanging on to every darned ounce. You've got this! Not to mention...you're so active! Maybe you've been building a bit of muscle as well?

Good morning ~ I hope you get the surgery sooner than later! I had such a lovely day yesterday and way too much wine. My sisters swim spa was awesome - we were in there for 4 hours! 95 degree water on a chilly day was so fun - singing on the top of our lungs and laughing. My son came and pick me up for dinner in Morro Bay - that was fun too. We walked the embarcadero and shopped it was fun. I ate a few pieces of taffy - cinnamon roll, caramel apple and buttered popcorn - my favorite. Today is a dog walk in the park, a hike and In n Out with the kiddo and Sushi date night with the hubs. I will get in restorative yoga after the hike because I know I'll be sore.

QOTD - I can't pick - it's both really. Lately we have been spending Thanksgiving at home which has been awesome, but this year we are going to my brothers house for a sibling thanksgiving. We haven't all been together for over 2 years - way overdue. We will still make a thanksgiving dinner for us on Friday - we need our own dinner recipes and leftovers. Christmas is a more relaxed day but the build up - all the movies, fun and spirit are everything.

Yesterday

b- coffee x2, 2 eggs w/green chilis and green salsa

l - chopped veggie salad w/chicken skewers

d - 1/2 French dip sandwich w/bread and side salad

s-3 pieces of taffy

+ ounces unknown of wine and I'm shocked I am not hungover. I'm hydrated.

e-swimming 'laps' harder than it looks you lose your direction under the water pressure but it felt so good!!! I would recommend a strap or kick bar. It was nice, but I'm not sure it was $40,000 nice even with all the upgrade they got.

Have a wonderful day!

Is it an Endless Pool? I looked into one years ago when it was $20,000.

Part of me will always regret not buying one. You are so lucky to have your sisters. Hope you post pictures of it sometime.
