Good morning all and Happy Friday,

I had my annual primary doctor's appt last night. My bloodwork came back within normal ranges. I got all my questions and concerns answered. However, the negative of the visit was him bringing up if I would benefit from a motorized wheelchair. I hadn't thought that I was at that point.

This weekend is shaping up to be busy. I have my club's 71st Anniversary Dinner tomorrow night. I'm helping cut flowers tonight and will be there tomorrow from 3pm-late night.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine. Sugar free Rockstar.

L: rotisserie chicken.

D: PP shake.

S: mini bag popcorn.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Much better than the deep dish pizza that people talk about.

Sorry he dropped the motorized chair on you...but even if you have to do it for a bit until you have your replacement, it will keep you able to do things and that's important! And also, yum, Chicago dog.

It is a reality that I need to consider. I don't think I'm there yet. However, I'll do what I need to do to stay active.

Happy Friday and Veterans Day-

QJB-OMG the coffee and pie cookies look so real. Beautiful cookies as always. you are an artist. I am always afraid to allow the shoppers at the grocery store to make exchanges on products I want. There are certain items I do not want changed since I am very specific on brand due to calorie content or flavor. Plus, when it comes to fruits and veggies, I don't trust them to look at the item to make sure they are not bruised, moldy, etc. It seems whenever I do use the service, I don't get everything I ordered since I don't want them replacing items for me.

The kids are off from school today due to the holiday. DH and DD are driving back to Montana today to pick up her truck yet again from the shop. It has been over there for about 6 weeks, mostly waiting for parts and for the work to get done. They replaced the starter, shocks, and removed the dual gas tanks to put a larger single tank in hoping that would take care of the fuel issue (problem with the fuel going between the 2 tanks and causing the engine to bog). I am hoping the roads are good between here and Montana since DD will be driving back solo in one vehicle, and she is a newer driver.

Not a lot planned for the weekend. I will do my usual 90-minute hot hatha on Saturday, Pilates on Sunday. I have some things to return to the mall plus nails need to be done. I do have a 90-minute massage scheduled for Sunday afternoon that I am looking forward to. I am adding cupping to my massage. Last time I did it I could actually feel the muscle tension releasing under the cups. It felt so good. My body has been a bit sore with the everyday yoga workouts. I also need to do a Costco run and start my Thanksgiving shopping since we decided to stay in town. I decided I didn't want to do the 6-hour drive in potentially poor road conditions. We will do it at Christmas though.

QOTD: I have just started my Christmas shopping. So far, not so good on progress. I did get my dad and his longtime girlfriend taken care of last night. Last year their apartment caught fire and burned, and they lost all of their belongings. They have recently moved back into their apartment and are in the process of replacing furniture. My sister and I purchased them a new sofa I found on sale. We do a drawing for my DH's family so I have asked for that to be done so I can get those gifts going.

Accountability: Excellent. I am loving the No Excuse November since it is helping me stay focused on my eating. I hope the scale will reflect my diligence tomorrow.

Same menu as yesterday...

E: 60 minutes hot yoga

More pictures of Mexico. Horseback riding on the beach at Sunset (DD galloping, Cheryl, Kendra, DD and I) and from our zipline adventure (me after a dunk is very cold water, DD rappeling).

Have a wonderful weekend
