I'm not a meat eater but my roommate is, we found that you can clean the air fryer with oven cleaner. So now it doesn't smell every time we use it and all of the grease is gone. Just need to do that every few months.

Not sure what kind of air fryer you have, but ours is one of those space ship looking ones, so all oft egos ends up below at the bottom. So much easier to stick in the sink to clean than big oven pans, so we love it for meat! Grim makes Bubba burgers from frozen in there every day.

I've thought this through and I need to invite myself there for dinner so I can see what happens when grim makes meat in it. That would address my issues (or at least this issue) one way or another!

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Glad you defeated the headache! And congrats on all you've done. It's no small feat keeping your grades up and tripling your sales, especially when you're a staff of one for your business!

QOTD- Finding the time to do some volunteering. I'm very much a background person when it comes to volunteer hours but it helps people and fills my cup, so to speak.

Only a few team meetings today and a 3-4 hour block one where I'll keep my camera off and continue work in the background. I kind of feel bad because these meetings almost always make specific requests for people to turn on cameras. Unfortunately, it's the type of meeting I'll attend if I can listen and get things done but wouldn't have been there had it been in person. There's a tradeoff when it comes to having attendees and having full attention, sometimes. So glad it's Thursday. I can almost see the weekend from here!

My bariatric case manager nurse for my insurance called yesterday. She hasn't closed my case yet because of the vitamin K deficiency, though I've told her she can. She mentioned that as part of her training, she might be going to watch WLS being performed. Fascinating. She did mention that of all the relationships she manages, my clinic seems to have the strictest, least individualized diet. Kind of interesting how it can be so variable.

Accountability- Some garlic plantain chips. Ended the day with 1024 calories according to MFP, so not bad at all. Exercise the past few days has been targeted walking since I've had pretty bad cramps going on. Still moving though.

Menu

Same as yesterday (yay food prep!) Plus seaweed.

Cheers, everyone.

Walmart, " Crap pills" we all have them in our medicine chest. Run don't walk they are a life saver. Also increase your salt. Maybe Gatorade zero or electrolyte replacement powders. Good Luck

Thanks ma'am! I drink electrolyte stuff every day for the low potassium. Will look into pills on top of it!

Revision on 02/04/15

Morning everyone. The last three week's at work have been a bit crazy with planned outages and employee appreciation week, but that is all done so I can focus on other things to finish out the year. We are in our medical open enrollment until the 18th and I have only had 2 people ask for help which is good.

We got the chicken coop moved to down by the pigs and put our first set of new chickens in it. They are a bit stupid though. I have to go down each night to make sure they are in the coop which of course they are not. So I get to pick them up and put them in there. My husband took two solar lights and put them in the coop in hopes the chickens would go in it at dusk, but like I said they are stupid (could be because they are only 2 months old also) :)

QOTD: Remembering how to operate the bobcat since I normally don't use it.

5am coffee with raw milk

B: eggs and ham

L: turkey deli meat with cheese wrapped around a couple of hot peppers

D: veal cutlets with mushrooms and onions

Have a wonderful Thursday.
