Yeah, if that's not a dense protein that works for you, pick one that does for sure. For me the density helps tremendously with keeping me full.

Have you tried canned chicken? It's packed in juice like tuna and it's very doable for me when I am feeling tight.

Good Luck at your appointment. Let her know in a nice way you had been expecting a phone call and were surprised not to hear from her. Having worked with many Case Managers they can often have unexpected emergencies with clients and are trying to put fires out. But that doesn't mean not getting back in a timely manner and being apologetic.

Thanks! It went well. I like her and found out...supposedly...that the front office was supposed to call about the message I left her. I had to cancel my last appointment with my provider and had left the message that I needed to reschedule. They did but never called me. I tend to believe her as that's the standard type of thing from the office staff there.

Good morning everyone!
I just can't imagine making meat in the air fryer, you have to end up with the grease and gunk everywhere. I only put crunchy things in there because then it's all contained and no goop. I'm sure it'd be delicious but ugh.
QOTD - I did a ton of get out the vote work in swing states so I'm proud of my impact on democracy!
I was already through two cups of coffee, all my brain games (I'm on 26 days in a row on Globle which I'm also very proud of), and halfway through my workout when my alarm went off to tell me to get up. I rarely wake up to the alarm but I always set it, just in case. I did want to do a boxing or strength ball workout after rowing but I had to come up to turn off the alarm so I'll do that after work; I purposely left my iPad down there so I have to go back down.
