hi all late post because i had darn meetings so couldn't shake my guts around on the plate till after. but i got it done. I also woke up sore today after 2x sessions yesterday.
I did have 1.5 glasses of port wine which was yummy and made eggroll in a bowl for dinner.
QOTD: hmmm I have no idea.
Food today:
b: protein bar and coffee with almond milk and powder creamer
water
l: iced coffee with 1/3 gnc shake in it, leftover eggroll in bowl
d: plant burger patty, sandwich, or chicken?

I have a busy health day today. I have an appt with my therapist at 1 and my annual checkup with my primary at 5:30. I have kept the same medical group for decades in the north suburbs. I'm combining my weekly visit to see the parental units with the doctor tonight.
