So glad you're feeling better. I tried to fix my microbiome and get off the MiraLAX. Last Sunday my body said nope and I ended up in the bathroom for a good while followed by a nap. That was 2 hours of a perfectly good Sunday I can't get back. I think I am giving up on trying to remove the MiraLAX from my diet. We'll see.

HIIT classes can be fun and quick way to burn some calories. I wish I had some stairs like you do near me. Sounds like a real challenge. Good job on both those. Hope you and hubby are feeling better soon.

QOTD- I'm proud that I went to the neighborhood luncheon and talked to some new people. Not a small thing for me.
I've finally had it with no heat but a space heater in my office. I have someone coming out at 10 to give me an estimate for a new furnace, the duct work and A/C. I figure it's not worth it to live here like this. The space heater is eventually effective but I am tired of listening to the fan. There is a low interest loan I can get to pay for it, so I figured I might as well have them do it all. Even my roommate who is always warm was complaining that it is cold when the furnace shuts off, it's set at 68 but the windows are awful and I told him he needs to get insulated drapes and that will help. More money more work to do. He did install the garage door opener so now I don't have to manually open it anymore.
I still need to get a lawn mower, I really don't want a gas one but it is hard to find a reasonable battery one. My neighbor has a really nice one that he got at Costco, but it's $629 and that is way too much for me. Especially since my yard is so small. I've searched Craigslist and the estate sales and I really didn't see anything. Now that we've had some rain the grass is starting to grow so I probably need to get going. There is a place that sells used ones, so I'll probably check that out. Or if all else fails whip out my trusty Home Depot card.
I still haven't put away the Halloween stuff, so I need to get that done. Also I have a nail appointment at 3 today.
Have a great day everyone!
