Thank you! I'm glad to see the number, for sure. My brain isn't fully absorbing some of the changes, so that will keep being a work in progress. :)

Good morning ~ I hope you feel better soon QJB. I had an incredible day yesterday. After my appt I voted - the ladies at the poll were no less than 80 years old - and so sweet! They all cheered when I drop my ballot in the box - I love my little town. I registered for my class - waitlisted for online, winter and spring - fingers crossed. I finally got through to IFIT and after a dozen resets, my Vault is now working beautifully! I LOVE THIS THING! I did a 35 min easy mat yoga yesterday. This morning I did yoga focused on hip stretching which was amazing. I'm so sore and I haven't even tried the weights, lol. Looking forward to all the things! Last night I was finally able to get on my WLS group. It was wonderful. It's run by a LMFT who specializes in weight related issues and one of the newer surgeons from my center was on last night. Maybe a dozen other people - mostly brand newbies and one 2 year revision (due to complications) patient. I was the only one with more than 2 years out. The focus was fear of regain... I'm a poster child for re-gain and was so honest I think I scared the newbies. Anyway - the Dr. wants me to come in and check me for a few things- - hernia and 2 other things I can't remember and to possibly see if I'm a candidate for a revision. I'm so not there in my head, but if there is a medical reason - I'd consider it. She mentioned that a lot of people just revert back to a set point weight and that the only way to prevent that/regain is daily exercise. I mentioned that of all the WLS people I knew, the ones that get there and maintain are serious about exercising every day. She said that shame stops people from going back to their WLS center and there are so many thing they can do to help. I'm making an appt today. GREAT DAY! Today is back to work, tons to do. I love how busy I've been - less time to obsess about food!
