Mornin' All!
Today I have online Mah Jongg at 1:30 and class at 4:00. DH and I might go to see "Till" tonight ($5 admission all day on Tuesdays at one of our theaters), but I'm a little worried about the popcorn. I've been doing pretty well this week eating-wise, but my weight isn't budging. I've eaten a lot of salty things the last two or three days, though, so that could be part of it. Popcorn isn't going to help with that AT ALL (besides the fact I often eat too much of it to boot!). May go to a strength-training class at the gym at 11:00 to help me ease back into it. I'm great at doing cardio exercise, not so great at strength-training. In fact, it's been quite awhile...
QOTD: I'm on here, Facebook, and CNN every day (often multiple times a day). And the BBC most days. I also look forward to doing wordle and waffle every morning.
B: plain skyr with diced mango, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: the other half of the pack of Loma Linda Southwest Bowl that I had for dinner last night (too lazy to cook..)
AS: protein muffin
D: probably pulled chicken with BBQ sauce and a sweet potato (originally planned for last night, but it didn't happen...)
have a great day, everyone!
P.S. Southwest Bowl and BBQ sauce - ugh - high sodium again. I'll re-think this (I'm very sensitive to salt, unfortunately...)
You could bring your own healthy version of popcorn or snack to the movie.

QOTD- First thing in the morning I check CNN and then comer here. IMDB and I've been trying to wean myself away from Twitter it's a time wasting rabbit hole but I still end up going down it. With all of the Elon Musk controversy I really just want to dump it.
I have the neighborhood lunch today and a dentist appointment right after.
They are having a celebration of life on Saturday for my friend. I'm looking forward to seeing people I haven't seen since covid began. I've worked remotely since it began. We used to sit in cubes next to each other when I was in the office.
It is supposed to get cold, below freezing at night most of the rest of the week. Hopefully my space heater will keep my office fairly warm.
The kittens are driving me crazy, the only time they are sweet is when they want to lay on me-usually when I'm watching TV. Then they are so nice.
I need to get to work since I'll be away from my computer later.
Have a great day everyone!

I deleted my twitter account more than a week ago and am enjoying not being on there. It's shocking how much time I was wasting!
