I stopped after the conference cold turkey and I'm all fiber. It was great at first, then things started slowing down so I upped my dose - trying to find the sweet spot. I used to feel bloated all the time which became normal for me until I stopped miralax.

I actually just ordered the fiber from Chrissy and from what I am reading form you all, I will probably have to find just the right amount of both to keep things normal. Maybe if I could reduce the Miralax by half I would have less of the bloating/gas.

I quit Miralax pretty early on. It took awhile to re-regulate but definitely felt less bloated without it, enough that I haven't been tempted to try it again!

that's a good idea...(i.e., half the amount of Miralax and adding fiber)

Tell me more about your shaky-plate thing. I've heard of vibration plates but I always thought they were more about balance than exercise so I am very intrigued.

supposed to help with core strength, lower stress levels, etc. Some muscle toning, and there are bands to use it with.

Good morning all and Happy Monday,

QJB - Stumpy's is a great name for that business. Axe throwing sounds like fun.

My weekend was productive and too short. I felt the time change for the first time in years.

QOTD - I went to a concert over the weekend using my wheelchair for the first time. It was doable, logistically, and I had a great time.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: Rotisserie Chicken.

D: PP shake.

S: cheese popcorn
