I liked the movie. I only had to hide my eyes a few times- lol. But seriously, I like the suspense but don't need the blood.

Oh, I just remembered, I did fat tire mountain biking a few weeks ago. Not a fan so I must have blocked it out.

QJB-I am envious of the 70 degree weather. I woke up to snow this morning, the second time in a week. Is this for foretelling for the winter? We still have some leaves in the trees, have not raked leaves, and I still need to move my raspberry bushes. So not yet ready for winter weather.

I think after today I will be on track for my 30 workouts on 30 days. So, last day of 2 a day workouts. However I have found I don?t really mind a split workout (morning and evening). I am also enjoying the No Excuses November. It is mentally keeping me on track but I am still having some head hunger between meals. Really trying to drink a lot of clears to keep me full. Especially with the extra sweaty workouts. How is everyone else doing with their No Excuse November (those who said they would do it)?

today I am at home, no work. I do have a lunch get together with some co-workers since me is leaving to move to California. Otherwise I need to put together my meals for the week and if time go through my cupboards to get rid of expired products. You know how you keep buying stuff you already have?

QOTD: probably repelling when we went on the zip line adventure axe throwing is fun I have done it about 3-4 times I do agree with the safety aspect but luckily most don't allow alcohol

Accountability: excellent. I even added in popcorn for a little variety and didn?t overindulge! That?s a win.

You are doing awesome and kudos for the split workouts. I just can't get my body to exercise in the evenings.

Good Morning QJB and Menuers,

Was that I weekend that just blew buy. Wow that was a quick one. I did do some volunteer work this weekend. Mom duty was ruff Saturday. The sole of her slipper was coming off and I had to get rid of them. You think I was taking away her cigarettes and alcohol. I actually had to take them to my house to throw them away so that she would not dig them out of the tra****hink once I went through the if you fall you may end up in a facility was my only saving grace to get them off of her.

The bonfire was awesome. I had no alcohol all weekend. I stuck to a good diet, and I exercised. I have been trying to get off the Miralax but my body is not having it. My bathroom routine yesterday got I little ugly and required a nap after. Has anyone had success getting off the Miralax? How?

QOTD: I did Pound last month which is a workout with Drum Sticks I really enjoyed but the times they hold it are crap.

Accountability: I did good maybe a pizzelle or 2

TSS: 4 years 10 months 26 days 158.8 LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

I gave up Miralax for about a week and increased my fiber intake, but it didn't last - at the end of that week, I was really backed up. So it was back to Miralax for me...

I did one of those pound classes last year and really liked it. I have thought about getting drumsticks and seeing if I could just find one on YouTube to do occasionally, but be only thought about it not done anything about it!
