Doritos is a real one for me (and these scrumptious cookies I bought are proving to be calling my name. They'll be out of here today whether Rog eats them or I ditch them. Clean your pantry, Chrissy, along with adding your walks. You've got this. Donate the candy to church or something.

Yes! I did this. Anything not expired was put in one of the local community food bank boxes. I can't eat it...but someone can!

Good morning. Brrrrrr it's cold and windy outside so far. Roger's birthday dinner was a success yesterday and we enjoyed a great (big) glass of wine. All this talk about accountability and using tools this week made me stop and measure our special occasion wine glasses. Eyeballing them, I thought they were a great size for a reasonable pour. But, my eyes deceive me. Pouring to the bottoms of Mickey and Minnie's heads is actually 12 ounces! Rog and I were both shocked. That's a lesson I will carry with me going forward. Food choices were pretty good, but I added about half a big ass cookie to my day. And I used yesterday as a total rest day on exercise. I find after my hard Monday's and stretchy yoga Tuesdays I am dying on Wednesday. I feel better today and we plan on hitting the stairs this morning if we can get out between the rain. I'm doing something today even if I have to go in the cold, windy, rainy weather.
QoTD: Very little leaf issues here and what we do get the yard guys take care of on Thursdays.
One thing I love about this menu thread is at this point, it makes me get off my butt and look to see what I can pull together for dinner, so, now that I am back from the fridge:
B: egg white omelet with leftover rib eye and scallions and a bit of cheddar
L: Chicken salad and 10 bbq pop chips as scoopers. Need to use this up before it goes bad
D: TJ's beef birra and refried beans with a bit of cheese and the rest of my yummy fresh salad
