What's On Your Thursday Menu?
I would have not time to myself if I didn't have my cleaning lady every 2 weeks. I am fortunate to have a longtime family friend who cleans for me. I appreciate her more than she knows.

Living in CA, when the weather app predicts rain you'd think couple of drops. So yesterday I made the dumb decision to go for my wog right when it predicted to rain, because I thought how much rain can we get? After my morning work, and around noon for my lunch break I headed out. Did the first 3 miles no problem and I was thinking hah, I knew this rain thing is just fake news. Somebody up there wanted to show me because all of a sudden the sky opened up and dumped rain. I was in a forest and was sorta covered by all the trees but by the time I reached the fire road I was soaked, to the point that a couple of cars stopped to ask me if I needed a ride to the parking lot. Nope, stubborn me has to do the 6.2 miles rain or shine. By the time I got to the car I was shivering the rain was so cold. But I did it and a hot shower afterwards got me back to normal temperature.
QOTD: no leaf situation, barely fall colors.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Mex cauli rice + ground turkey
- Jello, Parm cheese
- Hb eggs & tuna
- E: 10K wog
