I ordered the other brand you mentioned but I haven't tried it yet. I do like the LMNT

Good way to add salt is to drink Sole water. Sole water - is water saturated with sodium. I use Himalayan or Celtic type salt to make that. I drink 1 oz of Sole water, followed by 10-16 oz of regular water (or a herbal or a weak tea).

Oh my! You've had quite the ordeal but I'm glad it seems to have all worked out well.

Lots of changes for you. I am grateful that you found somewhere that you can keep your cat and works for you. Best of luck on your next chapter.

There are medications. Doctor is trying increased water and sodium first and it is slowly improving.

Wow Mary, it sounds like you made peace with a decision that was basically forced on you. I hope you find your new home a place that is comforting and fits all your needs. I am so glad your recovered from all those accidents. Glad to see your family is a great support system. I got you in my prayers. God Bless you.

It was hard to leave a house that I loved and that I had decorated and remodeled to exactly how I wanted everything. I thought about adding a stair lift and walk-in tub to stay there longer. But the truth is that the place was way too big for one person to take care of when that one person is not in good health.

I had to pay for all the outside work that I used to do on my own for exercise and to be in the fresh air. I was afraid to even get on a ladder and change a lightbulb because of fear of getting too low blood pressure and falling.

My family is wonderful and have helped so much. I appreciate the prayers. I have decided to make this a new chapter and hopefully a better chapter in the long run.
