What's on your Tuesday Menu?
I'll join you in no excuse Nov.
And I agree the further out we are the more laxe we get. I eyeball stuff instead of weighing and slowly the eyeball gets bigger and bigger.

I really like your mind set. I am hoping to jump back into exercise, and I need to stop the excuses. I can't let this get so far, ahead of me that I'll never get back. Thank you for the inspiration.

No excuse November. Maybe I should get on that train also... Could we be support buddies? No deviations until Thanksgiving!! A great goal and repenting for my over-indulgence in Mexico. I am in.
I so agree with the knowing the types of hunger you are trying to satisfy. I know I still experience head hunger, which can be hard to ignore but I do try really hard to know what I am experiencing. More water, water, water, water is really helpful at times. That is probably why I am addicted to Mio and Crystal Lite in my water since they provide a yummy flavor. Plus, lots of sf gum to keep my mouth busy with chewing.

Good morning, everybody!
Happy Taco Tuesday from Lubbock, as requested.
Halloween must be back with a vengeance. We got over 150 kids last night. Marilyn had bought 62 candy bars last week. Then she bought another 50 yesterday afternoon. I warned her that wouldn't be enough and she scoffed me.
Well, kids started coming at about 4:15 in groups of 5 or 6. At about 5:45 she had to run out to Walgreen's to buy another 80 bars. She ran into several neighbors there, all out buying candy or alcohol. We turned the lights off when Monday Night Football started and probably ended the night with about 150 kids.
Our downtown residential area is kind of a typical 3 street North/South with blocks made by the East/West Street. Marilyn ran into one of our block neighbors who lived on the main North/South street. At 6:00 they had given out 352 pieces of candy and were at Walgreens for reinforcements.
I had some candy but not enough to dump. I would like it out of the house now before it becomes a habit.
Marilyn is heading out to Arizona for tennis, so I am on my own for a few days. I need to drive her to the airport this morning.
QOTD: Probably track and measure. Which I have got out of the habit of doing.
This is a total Christina menu, in honor of her stopping by yesterday!!
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Lunch: Not sure, client event
Dinner: Also not sure
Have a great day, all!

I thought that was Marilyn. She is so cute and looks just like her mom.
I grew up in a family of 13 kids. On Halloween we took turns trick or treating and then coming home to pass out candy. As each kid came home, they dumped their bag and put all of the treats that they did not like into the pile of candy to give out. There were a lot of kids in the neighborhood. We never ran out.
My mom was raised in Brooklyn and they did not trick or treat there when she was growing up in the 1930's. The first Halloween at our house in Ohio some kids came to the door and said trick or treat. She did not know what it was all about and just closed the door. They tricked by putting soap on the living room windows. She was so mad and called the police. The policeman told her that if she was not prepared to give out candy, she needed to give the "beggars" money.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I love the recycling of less desirable candies!!
