What's on your Saturday menu?

Good morning! Beautiful day ahead. No real plans except a grocery run until meeting up with the neighbors on the deck for heavy apps and wine. Need to find a couple fun things to share that will support my protein goals. Maybe the chicken salad from the Trader Joe's. My one real goal today is to limit my wine intake. Yesterday I stayed 100% on goal and drank only water the whole day. I also took a late afternoon power walk. That's not my usual MO, I usually go early, but I needed to do something to make up for my terrible Thursday and I didn't want to let the whole day go without moving.

I did a 15 minute mini yoga set as soon as I woke up. Still stretching out those stomach muscles! I'm set up now to go get my walk in shortly and then get ready for a new day.

QoTD: Not sure I have a favorite, but I definitely lean cute and adorable and away from menacing and scary.

Menu is, I think

B: leftover cauliflower gnocchi and shrimp

L: P3 pack with some pop chips

D: One friend is bringing minestrone. So some of that. Some chicken salad and maybe I'll get an unexpected cheddar spread from TJ's and a few apple slices. Ok. That's the plan, I'll check back with reality.
