Good morning all and Happy Thursday,
We're almost to the weekend. One more day!
I had a positive grocery shopping trip yesterday with no junk purchased. Now the negative, I had previously purchased a bag of Halloween Reese's candy with other stuff from Walgreens curbside pickup and ate most of the bag yesterday, grabbing a piece every time I passed the fridge. When originally purchased, I had intended in bringing the bag to my mom Saturday. I'm trying to focus on today being a new day and not being able to change what happened yesterday. However, I feel bad that I'm sabotaging my weight journey.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: chicken salad.
D: PP shake.
S: string cheese.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Morning everyone. This will be quick as I have to finish setting up for the raffle after our luncheon today. Lots of good prizes.
JB I know you got this. Baby steps right.
QOTD: An inversion table. We bought one for my hubby, but with his back injury he really doesn't use it anymore. So I will use it when I feel I need to "stretch" my back out. I would have never used one before as I felt I was way to heavy and feared I would get stuck upside down.
5am coffee with raw milk
B: left over fruit cup from yesterday's work breakfast
L: steak tips and veggies
D: veal and mushrooms
Like JB and others I really need to commit to getting my exercise groove back. For a couple of years I was on the treadmill every single day sometimes twice a day. Then it seems like life happened and I make excuses as to why I don't have time for it. In 2019 I weighed 200lbs exactly and while I was still overweight if you looked at me you would have sworn I was 170lbs I can hide weight very, very well. I am now 229 and I can feel the extra weight every single darn day. Why oh why do I love food so much. :(

I just noticed we are similar in SW/CW/GW/LW stats! While 225 would of have been a dream weight for me at 300 pounds, after being 150 it feels SO heavy now. I'm trying hard to recommit and stay committed to exercise and clean up the food as best I can.
YOU GOT THIS!!

Hey there menuers!
I like the public commitments when it comes to sharing accountability. Good for you. I'm also all or nothing most of the time and empathize with that.
Today has been West Virginia day. Some famous pumpkin house where I spent more time letting teenagers pet my dog than looking at pumpkins and then ghost towns. One had a few buildings intact, which was nice. I had the place to myself since the road in was being paved and the machine took up the whole road. They let me pass right before shutting it down for over an hour. Some of the roads were sketchy at best. Fun, though!
Now I'm sitting in a truck stop parking lot waiting for a work call. I'm prone to wandering out where there's no reception and promised I'd be reachable for this. So here I sit! :)
Walked around several places today and got in some movement. Need more water. Menu is mostly bag items - protein bar, almond and walnut pack, seaweed, etc.
Tomorrow morning I head down to surprise my mom for her birthday weekend.
Cheers everyone!
