What's on your Tuesday Menu?

Morning all!
Another glorious day off for me! I had a great one yesterday. We picked out a new couch, and ran some errands, then we went out to lunch. There is a nearby pub that had been advertising that they transformed the pub into the Hogwarts dining hall for the month of October and we wanted to see it. "Transformed" is a strong word, but it was cute. I had a delicious roast beef wrap that ended up being lunch and dinner. Today is a business day--I have a billion behind the scenes things to catch up on for the bakery.
QOTD: Do you like leather furniture? I can take it or leave it, but Grim hates it. He wanted a new recliner but the nice ones were all in leather. We finally found one, but it was very limiting.

Good morning, everybody!
Ladies, you are OH famous. Knocked Baked Goat Cheese Fritatta right out of top billing to take the spot above the fold. Somebody was smart and managed to get a picture without me and Roger cluttering it.
I had a not great day yesterday topped off by having trouble sleeping last night. Hopefully today will be better on several fronts.
This weekend, I am heading to Lubbock Texas to see the Baylor/Texas Tech football game Saturday night with my daughter. I have to do some research on the local weather to decide what to pack. DD found us a restaurant for dinner on Friday night and we are going to the Buddy Holly museum (me excited, her probably not so much).
Apparently there is are a number of vineyards in the area, so we will probably try one, although i am skeptical.
QOTD: Yes. I like how it looks and how it stays cool in the summer.
Breakfast: Frittata
Lunch: chicken
Dinner: chili
Have a great day, all!

Good morning and happy Tuesday.
I just don't love shopping so would not considering furniture shopping to be a glorious day but Hogwarts dining sounds fun!
QOTD - no opinion on leather furniture
Semi crazy work day today, I need to get in some boxing; I finished my Wicked Fitness elliptical challenge yesterday and was going to try to sneak in the fall challenge but 7 walks around Toronto just didn't excite me so boxing it is...at least unlike cardio, I don't mind boxing after work....getting on the elliptical after work yesterday took all my discipline!
menu is
coffee plus half and half x 2
PB English muffin
Chicken breast X 2 -- the chicken breasts were huge so half of one is a meal -- they were so good -- marinated in garlic, lemon, ginger for several hours and then seared in a hot cast iron pan, then finished with a bit of butter/paprika/basil/garlic drizzle to bake for 30 minutes. Delish!
Have a great day everyone!
