What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

I have looked at the vault! The program I use for my boxing has added a weights component. I like it and they do all the workouts in various chunks so you can string together an hour class or just do a quick series. It's called dribble up.

Are they body weights - ankle, wrist, vest? I just need to rearrange the garage a bit then I'm pulling the trigger on the Vault. Merry Christmas to me!

No, they are free weights. The Vault would be an awesome christmas present!

My first thought/picture was of you holding hand weights while wearing boxing gloves! That would be funny actually, lol

Amy, you may want to throw a gymnastics Mat in your cart if you don't have one. Much gentler on your knees, butt or back depending on what you are doing.

That is a great idea. I've was using a yoga mat for the rogue bands and it wasn't working for me. Thanks!

Good morning, everybody!
I came home yesterday and found that Marilyn had mowed, raked and bagged the entire yard. Plus taken out all of the dead annuals. Although feeling somewhat guilty, I was ecstatic. There will be at least one more raking session this fall, so I will get my chance to help out.
Which means that the one thing that may have interfered with my restful weekend is taken care of.
Nobody needs to reach into the internet and pinch my nose this morning. Crossfit, football, chili.
It's supposed to warm up starting today, but hopefully it doesn't tempt me to do anything too adventurous. I need a stay at home weekend.
Kelly, I'm not sure if you have an early flight or will be posting on Monday, but if not, have an awesome time with Emily. I hope that you guys get perfect weather and can enjoy your time together. As Chrissy said, nobody deserves this break more than you do.
I saw two foxes walking down the road in our residential neighborhood the other night. It was about dusk, but definitely not dark. I tried to get a picture, but they were too quick. They both looked really good and healthy, likely to the detriment of our rabbit and squirrel population.
QOTD: I would love to try scuba diving.
Breakfast: egg sandwich
Lunch: Going fish tacos one last time
Dinner: maybe chili or maybe that will start tomorrow.
Have a great day, all!

Good Morning! JB- those cookies are gorgeous. I am sure the class will be so much fun. It's FRI-YAY, also last day before vacation. I need to make sure any loose ends are tied up today and then I'm ready to have some fun with Em. So far I do have an hour long zoom on Tuesday but I'm hoping that's all that comes up.
