What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Good Morning Everyone! Happy Happy Friday!
No news about my grade. The professor just wrote back and said, thanks--your final grades will be submitted by Saturday. At least he didn't say "tough luck", so I am a little hopeful, I guess.
Here is a cookie pic from the wedding order from last weekend :)
Did I tell you I am teaching a decorating class tomorrow? I did a practice one last weekend with a few friends & family, but tomorrow is the real thing with a huge group. The pic below is the set I am teaching. The prep for the class is NO JOKE! I had to bake over 100 cookies and put together 68 bags of icing. I only bagged half of the icing yesterday and I was SORE! It's mostly done with an electric mixer but getting the consistency right has to happen by hand so it was a ton of mixing. Back at it today. That's definitely my workout for the day, lol!
QOTD: What is something new you would like to try? I haven't played tennis since I was a kid at camp. I don't want to compete or anything, but I think it would be fun to try it again.
I went shopping! I have food!
B: Egg whites
L: Insides of Fish Tacos

Good morning and yay, friday!!
Good luck with the class tomorrow QJB, I think the variety of precision skills in your kit will give everyone something to strive for!
QOTD - based on the scale this morning, I think I'm going to be trying a lot more chicken recipes, lol. No seriously, I am always looking for new workout ideas, I might try fat tire winter biking and later this weekend, I'm going to get to do a dog mushing experience so those will be fun!
Semi busy weekend, dinner with some of my girlfriends tonight, tomorrow a trip downtown to see the new exhibition at the art museum but a glorious unplanned day on Sunday!
I finished my rowing challenge for October so focusing on some elliptical time to be sure to finish that this month. Still bitter they are virtual trophies vs the magnets, lol.
menu today
coffee plus half and half X2
scrambled egg and English muffin
barebells bar (Shells, my pumpkin spice ones are here!)
smoked turkey, grits and corn (dinner is at new bbq joint)
my pictures for photo friday are a few from my trip to the mountains last week and me and my bestie out on the (very small) town on Saturday night!
Have a fantastic friday and a great weekend!

Dog mushing sounds fun. I assume the sleds have wheels?

Good morning QJB and menuers,
Well, you'll know tomorrow! At least the wait isn't too long. And I say, you must have such steady hands. I can't even draw a straight line these days. Food art is limited to multiple colors on a plate and maybe some parsley for garnish. Best of luck teaching a decorating class. I would love to see a comparison photo a la "Nailed It!" style...
QOTD - Parasailing! It was something I tried to do around 17 years ago on the Cape. It got called due to weather but it's still on my list.
Yay! It's Friday! I drank so much extra water and mint tea yesterday. I meant to be productive in getting ready for my trip last night but logged into work and there the time went. I'm taking that time back this morning to prep my supplements and other things. Think I'm going to try taking my self-inflating camping pad. Only a few morning meetings today and trying to catch up on closeout things. Looking forward to time off.
Accountability- Didn't officially exercise but did walk around the yard picking up sticks and such for a while. Slowly. Better than being couch shaped all day.
Exercise - Maybe? Definitely packing stuff up. It's going to be a long week without an elliptical coming up.
Menu
Egg bites with bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, and cheese
Yogurt
Last of the chowder
Quest chips
Parmesan tilapia - maybe if I can't leave early
Picture is one of the ways I'm trying to set myself up for success on a 9 day road trip. Each row is over 90g of protein. Not perfect healthy food choices but they'll work, I hope. I have a container full of grab and go gallon bags for the week to spare me from drive thrus and gas stations. Cheers, everyone!
