Sunday Menu n Activities ( Trying for Exercise lol)
Ended up taking a ( much needed considering Im still coughing ugly after my cold bout) relax day and got a lot of essential stuff done !
a) I checked my emails and found id be appearing in Supreme Court this Tuesday rather than October 26th as my attorney told me ?. Getting prepared and THERE will be hard as i already have important stuff scheduled here but at least i know and dont miss my chance to positively influence the Judge.
Monday after my morning appointments in Long Island Ill make it a priority to have supporting documentation and pictures ready ( in multiples for my counsel and the opposition and the bank also ) in case shes willing to see them - then drive back to BKLYN to take shower dress and drive out again in the AM three hours one way yikes and of course I still need to drive back afterwards
b) I arranged an invitation to a meet and greet and look-see with a famous school of drama for again the near future ( October 28th) and responded to a few acting jobs I was sent ( and applied to Botched for the second time regarding my messed up nose - got no response the first time but you never know persistence pays off )
Food wasnt great - three ( or was it four? **** milk pops and sandwich somehow jumped in my mouth ( Thank God theyre lowfat )- and I failed to exercise other than a bit of PT home exercises with a band . Also microwaved and ate a " low sugar ff pumpkin protein muffin in a cup" recipe below . That stopped the snacking ( i think its the protein)
Today is all day Ecorche class but I will try to walk Central Park before or after.
accountability - substituted ff fluffy scrambled eggs for dinner - a good choice
b- more eggs i think maybe a pastry on the way to school or " protein pumpkin muffin in a cup " ( microwave kodiak pumpkin mix stevia vanilla ff half n half ff butter solids and pumpkin puree about a minute ) yum filling and largely sugar free.
l- my teacher always forgets a lunch break lol - bringing maybe a salad but doubt ill get a chance 2 eat it
d- sandwich, perhaps a soup or white chicken chili from pret
late night snack - fat free corn puffs, fruit . Fancy decaf teas w ff milk and stevia
