Happy Friday Everyone,
QJB-beautiful cookies. I would be happy to follow you on Facebook to help get your numbers up so you can get the analytics you want to have. What is your FB site called?
I have a few things going on this weekend. DH and DS are heading to Boise Idaho for a country western concert at a small venue. They just left for the long drive. They will spend the weekend there doing some fun activities and visiting a cousin. Today, I have a work team building bowling event this afternoon. Should be fun. Tomorrow I am doing a 5k walk with a friend in the morning, in the evening DS and I are going to MMA fights at the local casino. Probably dinner out before. Sunday is open so plan on a workout and prep for the week ahead.
QOTD: Getting everyone in my family to recycle. We produce so much garbage, some of which should go in the recycle bin or green bin for composting. I think I am the only one in the family who consistently uses these options. We are charged extra bags of garbage disposal if the lid does not close all the way.
Accountability: Excellent, I debated having popcorn but talked myself down off the ledge last night!
Meals are the same as yesterday..No changes at all.
E: 60 min hot yoga

Congrats on talking yourself out of popcorn!
Good luck on recycling. We're trying a program at work and I learned that glass isn't recyclable there. Color me flabbergasted.

Apparently what is recyclable is different depending on your recycle center. Therefore just because a product has the symbol for recycle it may not be accepted at your center. So dumb.
