Good Morning QJB and Menuers,

I feel bad I'm not a Facebook user or I would push you over the hurdle. I'll PM you and send me the info. I'll have DH follow you if that will help.

I have been doing terrible and the scale keeps going up. I have no desire to exercise, and I don't want to stop grazing. I know how but I cannot get into the right frame of mind. My body is awake at 5:30 to get out of bed but have no desire to get out. I did make myself get up today but when I saw the temp was 38°, I didn't want to go outside but I am going to count the 10-minute elliptical a win. I scheduled a pound class for tomorrow morning and Sunday DH wants to do church online, so he does not take a chance of getting sick and delay his surgery. I plan to put church on my phone and do a walk. I have plans that will probably stick. Let's see what Monday brings.

I have a manicure at lunch today, so I am happy about that. I also have the Bonfire tomorrow evening that I need to make some things to take. I think I'll make it easy and just do Peperoni rolls out of Aldi Pizza Dough. I tried to make some orange cream cookies yesterday, but it was a failure. I may put them in the food processor with some cream cheese frosting and make cake pops. Leaves hear are at peak so we may go do some fall activity Sunday or just ride around and get some photos.

QOTD: Oh, they added another Key stroke to this computer to submit orders in our system that I want it gone.

Accountability: I ate a cookie failure and grazed dinner.

10 minutes is better than nothing! That's the kind of thing I do if I'm not motivated to exercise. I just tell myself I just need to do it for 10 minutes - or 15 - or whatever. Sometimes I do get into it and end up going for a half hour or a whole hour - but even if it's just 10 or 15 minutes, hey, at least I did SOMETHING!!

I know you are a summer and sunlight gal; do you think if you picked up one of the SAD lights or an alarm that does the sunlight simulation that would help you? I think if you are out of the habit of working out plus the change of seasons making it even harder, maybe something like that could help? Good job on the 10 minutes -- 10 minutes is better than 0!
