Decided to go with a 6oz steak meal. I doubt I fini**** so that means leftovers and more protein. It's only a dollar more than the salad I wanted AND a lot less calories.

I take tizanidine but only before bed. Just before bed. It helps me sleep. When I started I could only use 1/2 of a pill, and because of other allergies, I was also taking Benadryl together with it (plus a few more supplements, including fish oil, and magnesium) slowly I could increase the dose to a whole pill of tizanidine (4mg) and unless I get reaction to food or otehr meds - I try to skip Benadryl.
I tolerate Chlorzoxazone (another Muscle relaxant) during the day much better. I take now 1/2 pill (1/2 of 500 mg) up to 4 x a day together with a small dose of opiates. The combination works much better for me that either of the meds alone.
When I start new meds, I take 1 pill during a day I can allow myself to be miserable, to see how my reacts. Then scale down if I feel significant side effects. With Chlorzoxazone I initially was taking 1/4 of one, then after a few months increased to 1/2. Somehow this works Ok with me without causing too much sleepiness, itching, or nausea.
Just sharing how I learned to adjust my meds. Not sure if my method can help you, but it woud be hard for me to give up my Rx muscle relaxants. They really help me a lot.

Thanks for the info!
It seems so many things make me itch anymore. It's so frustrating!
my trial for a pain pump is late next week and I'm hoping it works!

Have in mind that the opiates delivery, pill or pain pump. can cause similar side effects.
I had a few surgeries and IV pain meds made me itch like crazy.
Not sure what meds they use to pain pump, but i.e. morphine - I get headaches from morphine. Every phreaking time they put morphine in me, I would get a horrible headache. I had to put that in my chart in a hospital, if tehy even need to put me on something, morphine is a bad idea.
I also thing that with most drugs like that, staring really slow, then increasing the dose overtime proved to be the most successful for me.
Good luck love.

Good morning everyone and happy Fri-yay! I'm off today for a long weekend with my bestie that we've both been looking forward to! Mountains, hot springs, wine but first brunch with the kids and a viewing of Halloween Ends!
QOTD - not really anything, I try not to dwell on the annoyances so I grumble and then put them out of my mind. I wish that worked for me with annoying people, though!
menu today is
coffee plus half and half X 2
left over sticky rice with mango mixed with ratio vanilla yogurt
lunch will be whatever we're having for brunch
TBD on dinner
glass of wine, maybe 2
I'll do the rower this morning too.
Pictures are signs of fall!
Have a fantastic friday and a wonderful weekend!

Good morning everybody!
Quick post from the airport. Wanted to wish Sheila Bon Voyage! Also, have fun in Tempe, Kelly (if this is the correct weekend). Excited to see our youngest but also looking forward to spending next weekend at home.
QOTD: our flight lands before hotel starts clearing rooms.
Have a great day, all!
