What's on your Thursday Menu?
G'morning all!
Last day and I'm sooooo excited! It's kinda weird because I'm used to not seeing my family for a long time (at one time three years went by before I was able to go home), and last time I was home was last Sept, but it feels like ions ago. I sent a text to my brother to see if there's anybody picking me up from the airport or if with all the birth excitement they'd rather me come home on my own. He sent a very typical brotherly text, as in what's your rush, why are you planning so far ahead, and stressed me for a good 10 minutes before saying not to worry he himself will be there to pick me up. It warmed my heart; he is my younger brother but treats me like I'm his little sister.
I know it's not pic day, but I'm too excited about these. Halloween packages for my kids that will be mailed today. Can't trust DH to remember to mail them later, so they'll go out today.
QOTD: never thought of a special place to go in the fall. I guess if I were some place that colors changed I'd go driving to see the orange and red leaves.
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee
- Mex cauli rice + ground turkey
- Barebells bar, jello
- Hb eggs, toscano cheese, plantain chips (gotta get off the plain chips ride, can't stop it. Good thing I'm going away and no access to it)
- E: cardio + weight
