G'morning all!

QJB - happy birthday to your dad. That drink sounds intriguing, I would try it. I totally get the small biz owner woes but don't let them get you down, dust yourself off and get going. Not everybody appreciates your artistry and that's OK, their loss.

As kids would say it, two more sleeps and I'm off to Italy...so excited to see my family. No movements in the baby department so they might induce on Fri, this way by Sat when I arrive I get to see the baby...not that they are inducing for my arrival! LOL

I have my long to do list for these last two days and checking it twice to make sure I'm not missing anything, including the dog sitter because DH is leaving town for a long weekend in Chicago. DD is meeting him there and they both will attend a pinball machine convention. Strangely DD is very excited about this.

QOTD: cozy, although cozy CA is different. I get excited if I wear a sweatshirt over my tshirt. I was actually excited for going to Italy the latter part of Oct to get more fall weather, but it looks like they are gonna be in mid 70s the whole time I'm there. Whomp whomp.

My meals yesterday:

Coffee
Epic chicken, hb eggs
Quest bar, chomp stick
Zero sugar Archer beef jerky + plantain chips
E: 4 miles neighborhood uphill wog

I did make the suggestion of inducing tomorrow but there was a pause on the other side of the phone! I told them it's a very auspicious day. You never know, Vittoria might decide that tomorrow is the day to make her entrance into this world.

Maybe a nice eggplant dinner? The local Italian place had an urban legend that eggplant would help induce. They had a photo wall of success stories and everything!

hi all

My mom is coming up Friday so we are getting the downstairs room ready. not sure what all she will want to do but she is coming up with her church group to the local apple orchard and to the bbq place (one of the better ones)

QOTD: cozy for sure. I just hate when it drops to 32 and its still oct.
