Morning Gang! It's my weekend! Whee! And it's my dad's 76th birthday :) We are taking him out tonight for dinner at everyone's favorite restaurant in Boston. I have been 100% perfect on Sober October but I am planning a cheat night tonight. The restaurant has an amazing drink. Its got Vodka, Limoncello, Elderflower, Lemon & Prosecco. It's called the Dollywood. I'm totally having one, but back on the straight and narrow tomorrow.

Yesterday was a tough day for me. As a small business owner, I second guess myself all the time and I lost a few orders at the last minute yesterday which really bummed me out :( I wallowed for a few hours last night but I decided to get over it today. I woke up and already got Wordle on the 3rd try, so I decided it's going to be a great day!

QOTD: What's better about fall? Spooky Season or Cozy Season? I'm torn. I love them both, but I guess I lean a little more towards cozy season! Tomorrow we are going to go leaf peeping up in NH and go to a few farms. Bring on the cozy!

Other than last Friday when I went off the rails, I have been pretty well on track.

B: Costco Egg Bites

S: String Cheese

L: Costco Chicken Tacos (no wrap)

D: Brisket and Pulled Pork & Dollywood

Good morning QJB and menuers,

Happy weekend for you! Whoever canceled...their loss. Hope you have a blast at the dinner tonight.

QOTD- 100% cozy season once it gets here. Fuzzy socks. Slippers. Crisp fall weather...sign me up!

So. All the things! Had my follow up Monday. They're happy with progress. Even with the chronic low energy and fatigue, dietician is fine with my low calories since I'm meeting protein goals. APRN thinks I need more. My K supplement was approved. I can now drin****il meals. I'm allowed raw vegetables. Still no starchy carbs.

Took the well people 2.5 hours to pull my pump (150 foot well!), fix the issue, check everything and go. They confirmed I have plenty of water. After this dry summer I was glad to hear it.

Office for the rest of the week. Tons going on!

Instead of IPL I got laser resurfacing since what I thought was sun damage is melasma. Learning new things! My face feels like sandpaper.

Accountability- Swapped out some menu yesterday but only with allowed things.

Exercise-Rest day. Got it in yesterday.

Menu

Quest protein bar

Last of the tofu chicken tikka, seaweed

Turkey with taco seasoning

Protein puffs, string cheese

Small NSV - the regular sized towel juuuust wrapped. Yay! Cheers.

Haha, thanks! I normally rotate between bath sheets because I hate the dreaded gap. It was kind of an accident today...and it's right up there with being able to pull on the tightened on an airplane seat belt. Haven't been on a plane since February, so we'll see when that happens. :)

That is still my favorite NSV! The regular bath doesn't close all the way anymore. Looking forward to that happening again soon.
