I do the same on Saturday which sometimes slips into Sunday. I am trying to be better because in the past that is how I fell off the diet train as Sunday became Monday, etc. I also experience cravings for carbs after weekends where I eat a bunch of sweets.

The reason Weigh****chers works so well for me is that I can eat anything. So all of the cravings have disappeared. Since I am allowed to have the carbs I no longer want them.

I can have carbs but I choose during the week to make them mostly complex carbs except for the 4 squares of no sugar added chocolate I have daily. Saturday I indulge a little with making my protein frosty a protein blizard (last Saturdau I added health Bar pieces, other times Oreo or PB cups...). Maybe a bit of Moose Munch popcorn or more Chick Boom Pop kettle corn. Out to eat with no thought on calories., that kind of thing.

I have water now! Will definitely use this local service as a plumber, electrician, hvac service going forward.

As soon as my 3pm meeting is over, it's exercise and shower time. I'm so excited. Which is funny since it's only been two days. :) have learned a lot about well systems in the past couple of days. Thanks for checking in. Better update tomorrow.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

QJB so glad you kicked the GERD. But can you tell me how the hunger goes away. I been fighting head hunger for the last couple of months and cannot seem to get it back in check.

So, I reached out to Kristin Hirano, MS, RD, CN, CD, (Gut Health Lady) and she was glad to hear she was what we took away from the convention and we are sharing what she had to say. She also said she would be more than happy to do a zoom meeting and do her presentation for anyone who may be interested. If you can let me know if something you'd like to do, I can help get it set up. I think the hardest thing will be setting a good time for everyone since we're all in different time zones. Just let me know what yinz think.

QOTD: Not Sure, we do not have any plans as of yet.

Accountability: Did not exercise because I had to meet the carpet cleaners at moms this morning at 8am.
