After working with my PT to rehab and strengthen the muscles around my shoulder injury; I think they can do magic! You have to do the work too though and that's your "interim" workout. You can do it!

Good morning all and Happy Tuesday,
That meme is amazing but the dog doesn't look happy to having to sit still while being posed around donuts and waiting for the perfect picture.
I had an appt with my dietician np yesterday. She didn't beat me up for gaining weight. She was really understanding and spent a lot of extra time going over strategies. I really want to turn this behavior around. It is not helping my depression.
I have plenty of things to do today and no motivation to do them. Woe is me.
QOTD - I haven't dressed up in years but used to love dressing up. Favorite costume ever was a group costume. I dressed up as Don King complete with my natural hair sprayed up and dyed as well as a custom logo chain. I went with boxers, ring girls and a referee. There's a picture somewhere that I'd love to find.
