Sounds like you and your husband are smart and plan for contingencies. :) I bought a large 40 pack of water today, plus several gallons. I'll be putting water aside for unexpected events in the future. Hopefully we'll diagnosis tomorrow, and something fixable!

Fingers crossed! On the plus side...I know a lot more about wells, tanks, pressure switches, and submersible pumps. Thank you!

G'morning all!

QJB - hope you feel better today, when running your own biz there is no sick day.

Busy weekend. On Sat brunch with friends, then a friend of DH who is a great photographer had a gallery opening, so in the afternoon we went to see his pics. I really like his nature pics and we have one of his pics of a field of sunflowers in our kitchen. On Sun we got the pumpkins, decorated the house, and I ran around like a headless chicken to buy all things Halloween related for the kids' care packages, because I'm leaving on Fri and gotta get the packages ready and shipped by Thu. All in all I think I accomplished all that I had planned.

PSA: for those of you using Miralax, the speaker at the conference who talked about gut issues has a line of probiotics that is great instead of Miralax. Since the conf I've been using it instead of M and this thing being all natural seems to be the better option. Her website is getjustbetter.com and if you put obesityhelp2022 you get 15% discount. I really liked her at the conference, this is a woman run business and her parents pack her orders in their basement.

QOTD: cake and Coke. Although I love sweets I never liked bday cakes or anything with frosting on it. After that chips and cheeseburger.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee & keto choc chip (it was in the conf goody bag, I ate it just because but not impressed. )
  • Costco egg bites, chomp stick
  • Pumpkin cream cold foam (I was getting stressed shopping all day, so coffee with foam was my least damaging emotional reward)
  • Zero sugar Archer beef jerky + protein puffs
  • E: 4 miles neighborhood uphill Wog (I skipped exercise on Sat)

Happy start of the week.

I need to check out the M replacement. I'd love to get off it too. Maybe something I should try after my trip at the end of the month.

Ie been taking this fiber for years. I actually sell a different brand of this product, but it is the exact same thing. She told me at the show there is no difference. Our 12 oz can is under $7.00 and our travel sticks are under $9.00. I can take a credit card and shipping would be $7.95. Anyone who would like to get it at a cost savings can PM me and I will give you my work number.

Is your fiber a prebiotic fiber like what is advertised for the other brand? I would like to take a look at the website for your product.

it is the exact same product. She admitted to me that she duplicated his product. Hers just says non GMO and Uncle Al's does not because it was produced before GMO's were a thing.

I've been trying to really increase my fiber - lots of fruits and vegetables, plus stuff like flax in my oatmeal. So far it's worked, but I'm feeling really heavy this morning (and I did not overeat yesterday - or really any day (except for Saturday) that we've been back from the conference), so I think I may finally be dealing with "back up". UGH. Let us know how the probiotic stuff works - may try that in addition to the extra fiber I've been eating.
