I might just wear my wine tiara randomly, because it was so much fun.

Your tiara can begin your ****tail tiara. A signal that you need to relax with a drink in hand.

Everyone looks great! It sounds like the conference and meetup was a great time. I was thinking that going to the conference would be inspirational. Wish I could have gone.

That is a great picture! Love your theme. Can empathize with how much room it must have taken up in luggage. Also...mmm, fresh apples!

Good morning ~ Richard Scarry world, how sweet would that be?! Those cookies are even sweeter! The creativity alone blows me away - amazing JB. Yesterday was SO good with food - no extra bites. Exercise and wine not so much. I am in Tahoe all next week. Rob was going to come along, but two of our little guys are pretty old/needy and Rob is worried about DS being here enough with his job and social life 30 minutes away. Rob is very sensitive to our littles. Anyway - that may be better for me plan wise. I will take advantage of the me time - clean food, gym time, no wine. Sounds perfect, but we'll see. Today I am training with my co-worker who is leaving and meeting with my new/other boss to go over the new plan. This weekend is chill time and time to focus on my plan for Tahoe and beyond.

QOTD - Huh, I can't think of anything specific. Lots of little things, but no grand gesture. Probably my son, but it's a mama thing. I would say work - I'll do anything asked of me and then volunteer for more!

Accountability - yay on food, nay on wine.

B- coffee, costco egg bites

l - salad mix, chicken bites, pickles and chipotle aioli

D - Take out - probably salad or sushi

s- jerky or carrots w/hummus if needed

e- blew it

Have a great weekend!

G'morning all!

QJB - So very happy about your nephew and continued improvement. Brain tumors are scary.

Getting excited about my upcoming trip home, so trying to tie all loose ends work wise and on the home front. Tomorrow is another brunch date with few friends, if the weather cooperates we should have it outside with a beautiful ocean view. This weekend I also have to decorate the house for Halloween because by the time I get back it would be too late. Fun fun fun.

QOTD: I can't think of anything specific. I always make crochet hats for the cancer center in my area, but that's ongoing.

These are pics we took at the conference during the costume party.

My meals yesterday:

  • Coffee
  • Mex cauli rice + ground turkey
  • Jello, hb egg, choc zero almond coconut
  • Chicken fajitas
  • E: cardio + weight

Happy Fri-yay.
