Mornin' All!

I have a virtual class this morning at 10:00 and an in-person class at 4:00. It's a beautiful day and I should get out and bike soon - although I'll be biking to and from class this afternoon, so maybe that's enough. I may get out and walk or something, though. It's too beautiful out to sit inside all day - and yuckier weather is on its way...

QOTD: yes. I didn't eat that much of it the first few months out of surgery - just a few berries tossed on top of my morning yogurt - but I do eat it now. I try to have either a piece of fruit or a vegetable with every meal. I sometimes blend some fruit into my morning protein shake, too.

B: plain skyr with berries, coffee with half & half

MS: I haven't even eaten breakfast yet, so I may have my usual protein shake as an afternoon snack instead

L: hmmm. Maybe 1/2 an Impossible Burger (on 1/2 a slim bun) and some vegetables??

AS: protein shake or protein muffin

D: if I do the lunch above, then the other half of the burger - and more vegetables!

ex: biking for sure, maybe a walk, too.

have a great day, everyone!

thanks!!!!

I sent it to my clinic's Facebook page, but since they discourage people from posting their weight or how much weight they lost, I wouldn't be shocked if they don't approve the post - but we'll see. If nothing else, I think the clinic staff will be happy to see it! I also told them I was on a panel at the conference - I think they'll be happy to hear that, too!
