What's on your Monday Menu?

Good Monday Morning, Gang! Can't wait to get a check in from our conference friends :)
Hmm, remember how I said my Fit Frappe was spoiled? I have had a few more things taste really "off" lately and Saturday I got hit with horrendous heartburn. Ohhhhh, it was GERD that was making everything taste bad! (dammit I threw away $50 of protein powder!) GERD has been a constant struggle for me ever since I had the lapband, but it is usually "silent" so I don't always connect the dots. But this explains the sore throat, gnawing hunger, and spoiled taste. Yuck. I started back up on Omeprezole and chewed on a bunch of Tums all weekend, but I still feel it this morning. I know I should give up coffee util its better, but I just can't.
In other news, I started Sober October. I was drinking way too many calories.
I'm somewhere between a 4 - 6. I'm generally happy but definitely a little sleepy. It's really cool here and it was a perfect temperature in bed so I was comfy and sad to get up.
Today is the usual combo of papers and cookies. I'm in good shape for getting everything in on time this week. I don't think I will have any crazy rushing, if all goes well today :)

Good morning QJB and menuers,
GERD sounds terrible. :( I hope it improves.
QOTD - 5. I literally looked at my work calendar to calculate whether I have time to collapse for another hour before kicking things off. Sadly, I do not. Meetings run right up until when I need to leave for my mammogram and resume at 3pm when I introduce my boss to a client. Good times. I hope the place isn't running too behind.
The last several days I've been feeling heavy and bloated. It's hard to get in all my water because I keep crashing, energy-wise. Did get just about everything done that I was aiming for, so bonus there. One week till more blood testing. I wasn't low on B-12, so maybe it really has been long covid all this time. Or something.
Accountability- Nothing to report.
Exercise - Elliptical yesterday. Rest day today.
Menu
Protein/fiber/collagen
Egg bites with spinach and feta
Porq rinds
Last of the stew
Air fried shiitake mushrooms
Yogurt and seaweed
Cheers!

Good morning everyone, sorry to hear about the GERD JB, not fun stuff!
Today looks to be a bit busy. We have a service appointment for the car and it's going to take it a few hours. It had a recall to update the software so that and an oil change will be done today. My aunt lives about a half a mile from the dealership so she is going to take us to world market and target.
My weight has not budged. Super frustrating but also...if I'm being honest it's not a total surprise. My eating is just ok and needs some improvement. I've gotten away from measuring things and have been eyeballing it. Which we all know can lead to over proportions of things. So I'm back to measuring again. Also cutting back on certain things that have creeped into my eating. I'm looking at you crackers. I also had way to much cake and frosting Saturday. No it wasn't worth it and it making me sick.
QOTD: 5...definitely 5. I've been up since 12 something so it's going to be me allllll the day long.
B: JUST egg cup, coffee and roasted seaweed
L: not sure yet...we may eat out with my aunt, if not then we'll come home and I'll have a salad
D: 3 GF chicken nuggets and ???
S: cheese, popcorn and ???

You know...I wish there was a better way to estimate burned calories. When I exercise on the elliptical it assumes I'm a normal weight, so I use that to underestimate. Whenever I plug cardio into MFP it tries to tell me I burned like...370-400 calories in a half hour. I think it's based on weight but not sure how its coming to that conclusion, so I override it every day and put in the lower number. And I don't use exercise as an "earned more calories " thing. I'm so worried about exactly what you say above that when I have to guess a food, I look for the highest sensible option in MFP.
Not even sure how to create exercises anymore. Since I last did serious logging in 2017 (when owned by UA), it doesn't look exercise the same. Go figure. :)

Love World Market! Closest one here is a three hour drive. Hope you found a treasure!
Also, good luck with weighing and measuring! It's a pain but it does make a difference!
