Hello from OH Conference!!!

We all arrived yesterday and I would say we hit the ground running partying. We all agreed our online persona matches our in person persona. For some of us even the voices match what we had imagined. It was fun to meet everybody and we look forward to the next two days to see if we can learn anything. Although some people who-will-not-be-named were suggesting last night to skip the workshops and just go to the pool. I'll let you guys guess who those people are!

Here are a couple of pics of us last night at the restaurant.

QOTD: always. I wanna know what to look forward to, especially dessert menu.

My meals yesterday :

  • Coffee
  • Epic chicken, quest bar
  • Dinner at Vaca and all bets were off
  • E: nope -

Happy Fri-yay!

Rarely go to a restaurant anymore and do a lot of delivery instead. So read the menu always. The first few years I did research and track everything and almost never actually ate the amount of food I thought I would want. Lots of doggie bags.

QOTD- Yes I don't eat meat or chicken so if there isn't a seafood option I won't go.

I was trying to post this earlier when one of the kittens decided to shut off my computer. By the time I got it back on I needed to work. (At least I have work) So I forgot what I was going to say.

Everyone at the OH conference looks great! I wish I were there.

I found a nature park nearby so I intend to go walking there this weekend. I'll probably work tomorrow to make-up for the hours I missed Monday-Wednesday. The Ducks game isn't until 8PM, which is really past my bedtime by the time it's over. But I'll try to stay awake.

I need to pick up a bunch of stuff I left at my Moms including my winter coats and sweaters, not that I need them right now. Also all of my fabric. Maybe I can sew something this weekend, so organizing my sewing room will pay off.

The only exciting thing that happened this morning is my roommates school bus caught on fire. So he had to get the 43 kids off of it, and they had a blast on the side of the road talking on their phones, waving at cars and getting the trucks to honk their air horns. Fortunately it didn't take long to get another bus out there.

Have a great day everyone!
