Good Morning! Finally Fri-yay! JB- I see some treadmill time-cru****! For the weekend, I have a hair appt tomorrow and I need to get my labs done to check my iron for my hematologist appt in Oct and maybe some crochet time.
I hope the conference group continues to have a blast. I got a pic too and made me super jealous!

Hope everyone is having tons of fun at the conference. Word on the street is that you lose five pounds just for attending the conference.
Tough week for me, hoping for an active weekend. I'm pretty anxious about asking to share my story tomorrow at an AA meeting. I always get really anxious and it goes fine.

I'm posting from my bed at the conference - Chrissy is getting ready for the day, haven't heard from the others yet. We had a great dinner out last night - I'll post a couple of pics (hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes!). Lots of sessions on weight regain today, so I will be there!!
QOTD: I always do. I don't necessarily pick things that'll fit my macros, but I try to find the "safest" options (no pasta, cream sauces, etc)
have no clue what's on the food agenda today, although we have a lot of leftovers from last night in our fridge. Plus protein bars...
