love the new hair and the bird. I know it's not a snow egret (we had this discussion before) but love that bird.

Good mornin everyone!
Not a lot planned for the day. I will make the cake today and frost/decorate tomorrow. I secretly hate decorating cakes, always have...LOL. BUT I'll do it for the kids. We also have the kids today after school. My brother has next week off and we are thinking of doing a day trip to northern New Mexico to see the mountains. I need a change of scenery and the mountain would recharge my soul. It all depends on if we can get my brother to come let the dogs out a few times. He should be able to he said but we haven't decided on which day. Tuesday and Wednesday are out so we'll see. I hope it happens but my hopes aren't extremely high.
Not feeling what you'd call "well". Exhausted and beat down.
QOTD: usually if I haven't been there before or in a long time. Since I try to stay gluten free and have no egg...I have to be careful. Not a lot of options out there but it's getting better.
B: JUST egg cup and coffee
L: Chicken tortilla soup from Sam's & one baked tostada shell
D: Not sure on this one...
S: half a slice of pizzas and ???
random pics.

Can't wait to see pics of the cake. I am sure you will do a great job! I'd like to do cake decorating but the MA laws don't allow home bakers to sell buttercream that isn't shelf-stable (i.e. crisco based) and I am not interested in selling a product I don't think takes good...

I hope everyone at the OH conference is having a great time. Wish I was there but have other events for the weekend. Today I work from home but will be a short day since me and DD need to drive her truck the 3 hours (each way) to deliver it back to the mechanic *****placed them motor. Still issues with the gas delivery between the main and reserve gas tanks. Sounds like we are going to remove the 2 tanks and put one large tank in, change shocks, and get a new starter since the existing one is going out. This "free" truck has been a money pit....but DH wants to try to please DD by making it work plus all the money that has already gone into it. Frustrating to say the least. We need to be back to town by 6:30pm since we have a concert to attend tonight (The Front Bottoms). Tomorrow the kid's band will play at a local farmers market from 9a-1p. Sunday is a day off. Monday we head to Seattle for the My Chemical Romance concert that has been rescheduled 2 years in a row due to COVID. It is finally gonna happen!
QOTD: I try to scope out the menu to see what kind of choices are available. I do try to make them work into my macros. HOwever, I do try to really limit eating out since there are so many hidden calories.
Accountability: Too much popcorn. I know, I know! I said I wasnt going to have any until Saturday but I caved. I can NOT buy anymore Chick Boom Pop since I have no control. Unfortunately, I do notice I do wake up in the middle of the night with RH.
B: triple zero greek yogurt with keto granola raspberries, cold brew with half n half
L: summer salad with chicken, light poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: Chicken Asian salad with sesame ginger dressing
S: protein frosty, 4 squares sf chocolate
E: Hot yoga this morning.
No pictures. Have a great weekend.
