What's on your Thursday Menu?
Good morning, everybody!
Quick post, I have to head to the airport. I don't know if I have room to pack everything that I want. If something has to be left behind its that blasted CPAP.
I just wanted to say to Susana that I hope you are safe, I know that Fort Meyers took a beating yesterday. Check in by phone if you can.
QOTD: One of my co-workers was a contestant on the Bachelor.
Have a great day, all!

Mornin' All!
I'm at the airport waiting for my 7:05 flight to DFW - and then on to SNA!! I don't know why they have you check in two hours early here since this is such a dinky airport, but whatever. Here I am.... Maybe I should walk around the terminal to get my daily exercise. Lugging this duffle bag around will add some extra weight to boot....
QOTD: not that I know of
B: had some plain skyr with strawberry compote before I left for the airport. Plus coffee with half & half
MS: I brought a protein muffin with me, plus some protein bars. So something like that.
L: I should probably have something like a protein bar at DFW or on the plane en route to California since it'll be 2:00 pm our time when I get there (but noon in California). Waiting too long to eat is usually deadly for me...
AS: ?? If nothing else, I guess it'll be yet another protein bar. Or a protein shake
D: at Vaca. I was thinking of getting a tapa or two, but since this is all going on one bill, maybe the table will end up sharing a couple of paellas?? So in other words, I'm not sure...
I hope I lose some weight while at this conference. I've really been feeling like a blob the last few days. Looking forward to seeing you other conference goers in a few hours!!!

G'morning all!
QJB - organization can always wait. When a trip can replace organization that's a win in my book. Enjoy your lobster roll.
I am looking forward to finally meet in person few of the OH people that I have been talking to for the last 4-5 years. I have already met Amy & Lisa, and very excited to see them again.
Last night, while packing, I realized most of my suitcase is taken by my costume's headset. Remember the booze squad? DH who put the headset together was worried I'd sma**** in the bag, so he cut up a box for it. The problem is the box is 2/3 of the carry on! I almost opted to bring a full size suitcase but I am still hopeful this morning that I can squeeze in my toiletry bag and be done with it.
My cherry on top of the OH conference is that on Sun , after the conf, I drive from Costa Mesa to San Diego to see DS. He texted me to say he is excited to see me. My son is EXCITED to see me!!! I almost texted back to say who are you and what have you done with my son?
QOTD: nope
My meals yesterday :
- Coffee
- Mex cauli rice with ground Turkey
- Jello, iced coffee w/PP, scotch bonnet cheddar cheese
- Hb eggs & tuna
- E: nope - I really slacked this week, back at it on Mon.
Happy jr Fri-yay!
