What's on your Monday Menu?
Good morning! Good thoughts flowing your way to you and your family Julia!
I went off the rails with wine on Saturday night, but other than that, I had a good weekend food wise and I exercised each day and I'm already done with today's walk. Scale is up, scale is down. I don't know. But my pants still fit. That's what I am clinging to right now.
Today I need to get some groceries and it's my library day. I am getting organized to load the RV so that means all the laundry caught up so I can pick and choose what to load. I think we are going to experience perfect weather in Costa Mesa, then when we travel up to Paso Robles there will be some really cold nights and back into heat in Simi Valley. So I need clothes for most seasons. I love that about the RV. I can pack half my closet and not lug around big suitcases. Also, brown dog is up to three blocks, so that walk has to happen this afternoon when it starts to cool down again.
QoTD: My daily driver for 12 years was a Ford F250 crew cab long bed diesel truck. I can back in like a boss. I can also parallel park if needed. And my new car has a little button you push for that. Hit the button, pass a space big enough, hands off, control the brake, parked!
menu -- trying to use up fresh stuff out of the fridge before hitting the road since I won't be loading the RV fridge until we leave Costa Mesa
B: bacon and egg
L: left over bbq chicken wings
D: probably pork chops. Wonder if I can get Roger to smoke them this afternoon?
Peace Everybody!

Yes, I love that you can back in a truck like a boss! I can't even reach the gas pedal in Grim's truck, lol!

Oh I am so sorry Melody. I know it is a huge disappointment when you don't get help. I will send good vibes your way.
